Az energiafelhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1ssal \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151 CO<sub>2<\/sub> kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s a 2008-2015 id\u0151szakban 70&nbsp;200,7 tonn\u00e1r\u00f3l 56&nbsp;344,4 tonn\u00e1ra cs\u00f6kkent, amely jelent\u0151s, 20%-os m\u00e9rs\u00e9kl\u0151d\u00e9st jelent a vizsg\u00e1lt id\u0151szak eg\u00e9sz\u00e9t tekintve. L\u00e9nyeges, hogy 2015-ben a telep\u00fcl\u00e9s CO<sub>2<\/sub> kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1nak k\u00f6zel h\u00e1romnegyede a lak\u00f3\u00e9p\u00fcletek energiafelhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1hoz kapcsol\u00f3dott, m\u00edg k\u00f6zleked\u00e9s a telep\u00fcl\u00e9si kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s t\u00f6bb, mint 20%-a, ezzel a m\u00e1sodik legnagyobb kibocs\u00e1t\u00f3 szektor.<\/p>\n<p class='Szveg' style='text-align: justify;'>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class='Szveg' style='text-align: justify;'>A SECAP keret\u00e9ben CO<sub>2<\/sub> kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s-cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9si strat\u00e9gia \u00e9s akci\u00f3terv k\u00e9sz\u00fclt. \u00f3zdon 2030-ra a 2008-as kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1si \u00e9rt\u00e9khez k\u00e9pest &ndash; a Polg\u00e1rmesterek Kl\u00edma- \u00e9s Energia\u00fcgyi Sz\u00f6vets\u00e9ge \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos elv\u00e1r\u00e1saival \u00f6sszhangban &ndash; 40%-os kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s-cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9si c\u00e9l ker\u00fclt meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1sra. E c\u00e9l teljes\u00fcl\u00e9se eset\u00e9n 2030-ban a v\u00e1ros kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1sa 42 133tonna CO<sub>2<\/sub> lesz, ami 28 067 tonna CO<sub>2<\/sub> megtakar\u00edt\u00e1st jelent a 2008-as kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1si \u00e9rt\u00e9khez k\u00e9pest. \u00f3zd dekarboniz\u00e1ci\u00f3s c\u00e9ljai \u00f6sszhangban \u00e1llnak Borsod-Aba\u00faj-Zempl\u00e9n megye kl\u00edmastrat\u00e9gi\u00e1j\u00e1nak dekarboniz\u00e1ci\u00f3s c\u00e9ljaival, \u00edgy a SECAP hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul a megyei \u00e9ghajlatpolitikai c\u00e9lok megval\u00f3sul\u00e1s\u00e1hoz is.<\/p>\n<p class='Szveg' style='text-align: justify;'>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class='Szveg' style='text-align: justify;'>Az \u00f3zdi SECAP mitig\u00e1ci\u00f3s munkar\u00e9sz\u00e9ben \u00f6sszess\u00e9g\u00e9ben 18 db int\u00e9zked\u00e9sre tesz\u00fcnk javaslatot. A legnagyobb ar\u00e1ny\u00fa megtakar\u00edt\u00e1s a lak\u00f3- \u00e9s k\u00f6z\u00e9p\u00fcletek energiahat\u00e9konys\u00e1g\u00e1nak n\u00f6vel\u00e9s\u00e9vel, a t\u00e1vh\u0151termel\u00e9s korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel, valamint a villamosenergia termel\u00e9sben a meg\u00fajul\u00f3 energiahordoz\u00f3k r\u00e9szar\u00e1ny\u00e1nak n\u00f6vel\u00e9s\u00e9vel (PV kiser\u0151m\u0171 l\u00e9tes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel) \u00e9rhet\u0151 el. Kiemelked\u0151 jelent\u0151s\u00e9g\u0171 a v\u00e1ros dekarboniz\u00e1ci\u00f3s terv\u00e9nek teljes\u00fcl\u00e9se (egy\u00fattal \u00f3zd k\u00f6rnyezetterhel\u00e9s\u00e9nek m\u00e9rs\u00e9kl\u00e9se) szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l az \u00f3zdi f\u0171t\u0151m\u0171 f\u00f6ldg\u00e1z alap\u00fa t\u00e1vh\u0151 termel\u0151 kapacit\u00e1s\u00e1nak &ndash; megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u0151en 50%-ban &ndash; biomassz\u00e1val val\u00f3 kiv\u00e1lt\u00e1sa. Ezzel \u00f6sszess\u00e9g\u00e9ben 6 142 t\/\u00e9v CO<sub>2<\/sub> kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s megtakar\u00edt\u00e1s \u00e9rhet\u0151 el, mely a megtakar\u00edt\u00e1si sz\u00fcks\u00e9glet sz\u00e1mottev\u0151 r\u00e9sz\u00e9t, kb. 41%-\u00e1t adja.<\/p>\n<p class='Szveg' style='text-align: justify;'>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class='Szveg' style='text-align: justify;'>\u00f3zd SECAP dokumentuma \u00e9ghajlati alkalmazkod\u00e1si strat\u00e9gi\u00e1t \u00e9s akci\u00f3tervet is tartalmaz. Ennek kiindul\u00f3pontja, hogy az \u00e1tlagh\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9klet n\u00f6veked\u00e9se a keleti orsz\u00e1gr\u00e9szben, \u00edgy \u00f3zd k\u00f6rny\u00e9k\u00e9n is meghaladja az orsz\u00e1gos \u00e1tlagot, \u00edgy az itt \u00e9l\u0151 lakoss\u00e1g h\u0151komfortja az orsz\u00e1gos \u00e1tlagn\u00e1l er\u0151sebben fog cs\u00f6kkenni. A csapad\u00e9k\u00f6sszeg v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sa Borsod-Aba\u00faj-Zempl\u00e9n megy\u00e9ben n\u00f6veked\u00e9st mutat, vagyis \u00f3zd eset\u00e9ben a r\u00f6vid ideig tart\u00f3, intenz\u00edv z\u00e1porok, zivatarok sz\u00e1m\u00e1nak emelked\u00e9se is v\u00e1rhat\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class='Szveg' style='text-align: justify;'>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class='Szveg' style='text-align: justify;'>\u00f3zd \u00e9ghajlati alkalmazkod\u00e1si \u00e9s felk\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9si c\u00e9ljai a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k: (1) s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9keny t\u00e1rsadalmi csoportok felk\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9se a h\u0151hull\u00e1mok okozta eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi hat\u00e1sokra; (2) telep\u00fcl\u00e9si infrastrukt\u00fara elemek alkalmazkod\u00e1si k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9nek jav\u00edt\u00e1sa a vill\u00e1m\u00e1rvizekkel szemben; (3) felhagyott ipari ter\u00fcletekr\u0151l sz\u00e1rmaz\u00f3 tovagy\u0171r\u0171z\u0151 k\u00f6rnyezeti hat\u00e1sok \u00e9s k\u00e1rok m\u00e9rs\u00e9kl\u00e9se, (4) felk\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9s \u00e9s alkalmazkod\u00e1s az er\u00f3zi\u00f3 okozta k\u00e1rt\u00e9telek m\u00e9rs\u00e9kl\u00e9s\u00e9re.
